While Shelley’s professional pursuit of psychology began in 2002, she has always had a keen interest in understanding healing and spiritual purpose. While living with her husband and four children in Southern California for twenty years, Shelley decided to turn her fascination with people and psychology into a career. Sixteen years later, Shelley has moved back home to Utah and enjoys working with individuals and couples with a desire for a stronger loving connection, betrayal trauma, spiritual crisis, depression, anxiety and pornography/sex compulsion and addiction. When Shelley is not with her clients, you can find her hiking in the mountains, traveling with her growing family, painting, or wrestling to keep two French bulldogs out of her shoes.
