With a practice focus on Women’s trauma, she teaches skills to encourage accepting, compassionate partnerships. Whether working to overcome sexual addiction, establish support through betrayal trauma, challenge negative thoughts common with anxiety or depression, or a number of other concerns— Rachel is committed to empowering her clients as they identify and progress toward their goals.
